We are the source and suppliers of the industrial minerals of Indian origin to our customers in the international markets with special emphasis on quality, specifications and full export documentation. We take care of every bit of the process, starting with product choice and quality checks in batches, up to packaging and shipment organization.
We aim to simplify sourcing in India to be transparent and reliable, therefore, your material will arrive at your port, exactly as you ordered it, with documentation and support you require. We also collaborate with buyers to know their needs and make each delivery as per agreed specifications. Hostile sourcing, effective communication and time-scheduling are at the core of all our exports.
FOB and CIF from JNPT Mumbai, Mundra, and Chennai — whichever port routes most cost-efficiently to your destination.
COA, MSDS, SDS, BL, Packing List, MOA/CA Declaration — every document prepared in-house before container loading.
Multiple products consolidated into one LCL shipment — one freight payment, one customs entry, one document set for multiple products.
Actual tested values for each production run — not product prototypes. Batch number traceable to source and test records.
Complete commercial quotation — unit price, lead time, packing, incoterms, HS code — within one business day of inquiry.
Custom grades, mesh sizes, moisture levels, pack weights, and labeling — matched to your technical specification, not our standard range.
LC at sight, T/T with advance, CAD (D/P). USD, INR, and GBP accepted. LC discrepancy-free documentation as standard.
SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek pre-shipment inspection arranged at buyer's cost. Model, certificate copy tied available.
Our export operation is designed to make procurement from India as simple as sourcing domestically. One contact, one document set, one container, one relationship.
We have been exporting since 2019. We understand customs requirements, port documentation, LC discrepancy risks, and the documentation expectations of different importing countries — because we have shipped to all of them.
The biggest volume of exports of The Gulf is Ochnology. There is a substantial proportion of our Silica Fume, Limestone and Barytes exports to UAE and Saudi Arabia alone. The construction boom and the rising paint manufacturing industry in the region have resulted in year-round demand.
Vietnam is a top export market in terms of volume of refractory materials — Silica Fume and Calcined Bauxite to the expanding steel and refractory production industry. The demand of paper and rubber minerals is driven by Indonesia and Malaysia.
The industrial development in Africa is creating a steady need of both specialty and basic refractory products. The steel industry of Nigeria, paper mills of Kenya and the construction boom of Ghana all depend on the supply of Ochnology minerals. The completeness of documentation is key to African port clearance.
European purchasers have the most stringent documentation requirements — REACH compliance, full GHS-formatted SDS, and traceability to raw material source. All products being shipped to EU, destined to Ochnology, are registered under REACH and our per-batch COA system meets the requirements of EN and BS EN testing.
South Asian market is a natural export market since it is close to India with less transit time and freight costs. The chemical and textile industries of Bangladesh, the ceramics sector of Sri Lanka and the building market of Nepal are all steady demand producers.
The Americas are an emerging target of the advanced materials and specialty chemicals of Ochnology, especially Lithium Carbonate to the US EV industry and specialty minerals to Brazilian steel production. Base-line requirements are ASTM compliance and full traceability of COA.
Any shipment of Ochnology can be inspected pre-shipment by an independent agency (PSI). We are open to third-party validation - since our internal QC findings and findings of an independent surveyor should coincide. When they never will, we will know in the first place.
All large PSI agencies are welcome. We coordinate inspection at buyer cost, and with the loading facility. Normal PSI turnaround: 2-3 days once production is finished.

A structured process that keeps inspection, quality verification, documentation, and shipment coordination aligned from order confirmation to final dispatch.
Buyer verifies preferred agency (SGS, BV, ITS, etc.) and provides his local contact. We make arrangements with the agency on the scheduling of inspection.
Production batch is passing through our own QC. Complete test reports and internal COA given to inspector prior to visit.
PSI inspector comes to the loading facility and performs physical inspection of the packaging, labeling, net weight and marking. Sample samples as per ASTM/BIS sampling guidelines.
Agency lab runs chemical and physical tests on drawn samples. Typically 3–5 business days for results. Results cross-checked against purchase order specifications.
Clean PSI report issued if consignment conforms to specification. Report shared with buyer and Ochnology. Container loading proceeds.
Final PSI report in the export document package with CoA, MSDS, CoO, and BL - giving independent quality assurance in the port of destination.
We select the optimal loading port for each shipment based on your destination, freight rates, and transit time — not just proximity to our facility.
India's largest container port and our primary export hub. Ideal for Europe, Gulf, USA, and large-volume FCL shipments. Strong freight connections and fastest document processing.
India's largest private port — excellent for cost-optimised Gulf and Africa routing. Particularly competitive for bulk minerals and FCL shipments to the Arabian Peninsula and East Africa.
South India's premier gateway — optimal for Southeast Asia, Far East, Australasia, and Sri Lanka/Maldives. Shortest transit times to Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Our complete documentation package is prepared and carefully reviewed before container loading. Every required document is checked and verified to ensure nothing is missed. This is not simply a promise we make — it is a standard built into how we operate.
Actual values tested per-batch. Traceable to source, date of production and test information. Not a product minimum - a real measurement.
Safety Data Sheet in GHS format of each product. 16-section format in line with UN GHS Rev.9 and EU CLP Regulation. English; any other language can be requested.
Preferential and non-preferential COO through FIEO / Chamber of Commerce. Apostilled/legalised on order as per the requirements of the destination country.
Packing list containing detailed information: container number, seal number, net/gross weight per package, total packages, and marks/numbers to match BL and COO.
Initial 3 BLs issued by shipping line. On-board BL as standard. Telex release/surrendered BL on request. Full set delivered in 3 days of ship sailing.
REACH registration confirmation and declaration of all products to the EU that are applicable. Where applicable, substance registration number given under EC 1907/2006.

We encourage buyers to evaluate our product quality before placing a commercial order. Our sample programme is designed to make that evaluation as easy as possible.
Laboratory-quantity samples (typically 500 g to 2 kg) available by DHL/FedEx international courier for quality evaluation. Sample is drawn from a current production batch — not a special blend — and comes with the same COA we issue for commercial orders.

Helping international buyers make informed and confident sourcing decisions.
Minimum order quantities for export: most products accept trial orders from 500 kg to 1 MT by LCL. Full Container Load (FCL) typically starts at 14–18 MT for a 20' container depending on product bulk density. We offer LCL consolidation for buyers ordering multiple products below FCL threshold — one container, multiple products, one freight invoice.
Standard lead time is 7–14 days from order confirmation to container loading, depending on product availability and batch testing schedule. Trial orders and standard-stock items can move faster; custom specifications or large FCL orders may take up to 18–21 days.
Yes. Share the reference COA or technical datasheet and our lab will evaluate whether we can match the specification. In most cases we can align grade, particle size, and chemical parameters to your existing supplier's benchmark before confirming the order.
Every batch ships with an actual, batch-specific COA — not a product minimum. If an independent lab report at destination shows a genuine deviation from the agreed specification, we work with you on rework, replacement, or credit, backed by our own retained samples and test records for verification.
Yes, every quotation includes the applicable ITC-HS code for India-side export. We also share general guidance on common import duty treatment at destination, though we recommend confirming final landed-cost duty with your customs broker since import tariffs vary by country and trade agreement.
Yes, select products that fall under UN dangerous goods classification are shipped with full IMDG-compliant documentation, UN packaging, and dangerous goods declaration. Please confirm at enquiry stage so we can arrange the correct packaging and shipping line approval in advance.
Both options are available. We can quote CIF and arrange freight and insurance to your destination port through our regular shipping line contracts.
