Ochnology Solution Pvt. Ltd. is an industrial mineral, vertically integrated company headquartered in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. Our product lines include refractory materials with high temperature, food grade specialty chemicals, and industrial products sourced, imported, processed, and quality-tested, stocked, and supplied under six categories
It is not our product range that makes us unique, it is our quality architecture and where the quality is sourced. Our raw materials are brought in through reputable channels all over the world into refractory, steel and allied industry, and we have our own stock in India, and we refract it where it is needed, so what goes to an Indian factory floor has already been through our own tests no recommendation of a broker. Each batch that we ship has a Certificate of Analysis which shows the actual measured values of that particular lot which can be traced to a distinctive batch number. It is not industry standard, it is our standard.
Our customers are the procurement managers, materials engineers, and traders working in the steel, ceramics, construction, paints, oil and gas and chemical industries - supplying them with their domestic factories and buyers in 40 or more countries. Our customers refer to us since they require a supplier with whom they can present their COA to their clients without retesting.
Every milestone reflects a deliberate choice to build deeper, not just bigger — adding quality infrastructure before product breadth, and documentation systems before market expansion.
Founded in 2019, Ochnology Solutions expanded into industrial minerals, chemicals, and specialty materials by 2021.
Began to develop global supply networks and bound Indian industrial products to consumers in international markets.
Increased our global coverage and formed better supply relationships to reach our customers in different countries.
Dedicated to better sourcing operations, product records, quality inspection and customer service mechanisms.
By 2025-26, Ochnology Solutions expanded globally, adding products and worldwide market access.
The three principles that shape every decision at Ochnology — from how we source raw materials to how we word our quotations.
This structure lets us stay lean and responsive while still having real people checking real material, not a desk operation coordinating everything remotely. It also means fewer layers between a buyer's question and someone who can actually answer it, and fewer places for a specification or a shipment to quietly go wrong.
We're built for long-term relationships, not one-off transactions. With every buyer and every supplier, the goal isn't the first order — it's the second, and the tenth. That shapes how we operate day to day: we'd rather flag a problem early on a small order than let it surface later on a large one, because the relationship is worth more to us than any single transaction.
When I started in the industrial minerals trade, the pattern I saw repeated most often was this: a buyer would order a product based on a specification, receive something that technically met the minimum — but not what they expected. The COA would say "typical" values rather than actual test results. The MSDS would be generic. The Certificate of Origin would arrive two weeks after the container. And yet, the seller would consider the transaction complete.
I built Ochnology to break that pattern. Our per-batch COA is not a marketing feature — it is our operating procedure. If a batch does not meet specification, it does not leave our facility. If a document is missing from the set, the container does not load. These are not aspirations. They are how we have operated since 2010.
The buyers who have stayed with us for 5, 8, 10 years are not with us because we are the cheapest option. They are with us because we have never made them chase a document, never sent them an off-spec material, and never left them explaining to their own client why the COA did not match the product. That track record is what Ochnology is built on — and what we intend to protect above everything else.
What We Handle, So You Don't Have To From sourcing to quality to stock availability, we manage the parts of procurement that slow your team down.
Finding a supplier is the easy part. Managing that relationship over twenty repeat orders — chasing delayed shipments, renegotiating when a vendor's quality slips, switching sources without disrupting your production schedule — is where most in-house procurement teams lose time they'd rather spend on production.
Real example: When one of our regular refractory suppliers had a quality dip mid-quarter, we shifted a ceramics buyer's order to an alternate source within the same week — without the buyer needing to renegotiate terms or requalify a new vendor themselves. When Ochnology issues a COA stating SiO₂ ≥ 92% for Silica Fume, that number is the actual measured result for that batch — not a product minimum, not a rounded figure. If the test result is 91.8%, the batch does not ship.
Real example: Buyers in UAE have used our Silica Fume COA directly in their project submissions to engineers — because they know it reflects exact measured values, not product claims.Construction, steel and ceramics don't run on the same tolerances, so a generic industrial grade rarely fits all three. We map your application to the right grade before sourcing begins, so what arrives is qualified for your process — not simply the closest standard product on the shelf.
For many of our products we keep material staged near port, so a confirmed order can move to delivery immediately instead of waiting on a fresh shipment to clear customs. That difference in lead time is often what keeps a production line running instead of idle.
Select products are kept on rotating container stock, so material becomes available at short, predictable intervals even when nothing is sitting in standing inventory. The wait is measured in days rather than the weeks a fresh order from origin would take.
Instead of managing multiple vendors and chasing separate points of contact, you deal with one person who has actual authority over your order — on sourcing and on quality. Questions get answered directly, not escalated and relayed back days later.
Your account doesn't change hands as volume grows. The same team that handled your first order stays with your account through your tenth, so nothing gets lost in a handover and no context has to be re-explained.
You provide the exact specification, tolerance or configuration your application requires. This becomes the fixed reference point for everything that follows.
You set the requirement, we work for it
We work directly with the mill or partner producer to confirm feasibility against that spec, before any commitment on timeline or pricing is made.
We confirm it's actually feasible
The run is made to your specification, not the closest standard type already sitting in stock. Nothing is substituted to save time.
Made to order, not picked off a shelf
Custom runs are tested and documented to the same standard as our stocked products, so a made-to-order batch carries the same assurance.
Held to the same standard as stock
Each custom batch is supplied with a Certificate of Analysis of the actual measured batch value traceable to this batch and production run.
Proof that ships with the product
The product is delivered to your facility, within the agreed delivery period with the same follow-up and logistics.
From mill to your floorThese are not marketing claims — they are the specific, measurable reasons buyers give when asked why they renewed their supply contract with Ochnology.
Our COA values are actual measured test results for that batch — not product minimums, not rounded figures. Buyers have presented our COAs to their own engineers and clients without retesting, because the numbers hold up.
Not 24 hours to confirm receipt, not 24 hours to "get back to you" — 24 hours from enquiry to a complete commercial quotation with unit price, lead time, packing, incoterms, and port. This is a standing commitment, not a best-effort target.
Minerals, refractories, metallurgy products, industrial chemicals, advanced materials, and food-grade specialties — buyers who procure across multiple categories consolidate into one supplier, reducing import complexity and building a stronger negotiating position.
We maintain multiple independently qualified production sources for every high-volume product. No single-quarry dependency, no force majeure excuse. If Source A has an issue, Source B ships — with the same specification and the same documentation.
Custom particle size distributions, moisture levels, purity grades, and packaging configurations are available on standard commercial quantities — not reserved for annual contract buyers. If your spec sheet names it, we can match it.
FOB/CIF from JNPT Mumbai, Mundra, or Chennai depending on the most cost-efficient routing to your destination port. LCL consolidation available for buyers ordering multiple products below full container load.
Our growth strategy is not about adding products for their own sake every expansion is driven by a documented buyer requirement or an identified market gap we are uniquely positioned to fill.
Ochnology will not increase the product line without any purpose; new products will be introduced according to the actual buyer needs and market opportunities.
The company will continue to improve its current quality systems by adding new certifications like ISO 14001 Environmental Management.
The roadmap is especially concerned with fulfilling the demands of the international markets, which are very challenging like Europe and Japan.
It demonstrates that Ochnology is investing in systems, processes, compliance and sustainability and not concentrating on the short term sale.
It makes Ochnology a business that is constantly advancing and anticipating impending customer and market demands.
